Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Every shipment is hand-packed in protective inserts to keep glass and oils intact in transit.

Returns
We want you to love the scent in your space. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened products.
- Candles, room sprays, and oil refills must be unopened, with the original seal and packaging intact
- Atomizers must be unused and returned in the original box with all included accessories
- For hygiene and fragrance integrity, opened bottles, lit candles, and used cartridges cannot be returned
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost
- Return shipping is complimentary for domestic orders
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
Exchanges
Picked the wrong scent or atomizer size? We offer complimentary exchanges on unopened products within 30 days — swap a candle scent, change a room spray, or move up to a larger atomizer. Initiate an exchange from your account or reach out to our support team and we'll guide you through it.
